The biggest performance of the year is set to celebrate Independence Day at 8:30 pm with an in-person audience only, as this event will not be livestreamed.

Attendees can enjoy a captivating performance of patriotic favorites, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display at 10:00 PM. The conductor for this extraordinary show is Jason Seber, who is known for his dedication to making symphony orchestras accessible and meaningful to diverse audiences.

The Houston Symphony is renowned for its exceptional artistry, diverse programming, and commitment to education and community engagement. The symphony aims to be America’s most relevant and accessible top-ten orchestra, emphasizing inclusivity to serve Houston, the most diverse city in the nation.

The fireworks are courtesy of the Miller Theatre Advisory Board. All performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre are FREE.

Photos will be taken at this event and may appear in Miller Outdoor Theatre’s print or digital communications or marketing materials. By attending, participants authorize MTAB to use their photographs for educational purposes without compensation.

Miller tickets are now available online and on smartphones, with a limit of 4 per person. No tickets are necessary for seating on the Hill.
